5 Matcha Recipes

Tired of the afternoon slump? While coffee often leaves you jittery and leads to a crash, matcha provides a gentle, long-lasting source of energy. The secret lies in the combination of caffeine and L-theanine.

Here we show you 5 special matcha recipes that go far beyond the standard.

Gentle caffeine instead of a crash

Matcha contains about 30 to 35 mg of caffeine per gram. Unlike coffee, it is bound to tannins, is released more slowly, and therefore has an effect that lasts for hours.

L-Theanine: Your Focus Booster

The amino acid L-theanine gently mellows the caffeine, providing calm, focused energy. No jitters, no racing heart, no crash.

Packed with antioxidants

Matcha is packed with antioxidants. These natural helpers protect your cells from oxidative stress and support your immune system.
