In the heart of Wiesbaden, a place has emerged that feels different. A little louder. A little more colorful. And somehow more like you. We combine lifestyle with café culture, place great importance on fresh, healthy ingredients, and ensure that everyone feels welcome. The idea came to life in Cape Town. Too much inspiration, too little time – and a feeling that just wouldn’t let go. Back in Wiesbaden, it became NINI.
Behind NINI is Jakob Malkmus – a nutritionist who grew up with authentic café culture. His father, Hans Reitz, founded Perfect Day, one of Germany’s most sustainable cafés, featuring its own coffee from the mountain rainforests of Southern India. This passion is woven into everything we do – to this day, our coffee still comes from there.
We traveled to Bologna for our bread. To Molino Grassi, one of Italy's best mills. 72-hour dough. Fresh every day. Our matcha comes from the Guizhou Mountains – ceremonial grade, first harvest. No compromises. You can taste it.
Three power women gave NINI its face – the design, the atmosphere, and the energy you feel every day when you walk in.
